HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER DOHA QATAR
-Hotel Operations Manager (QAR 8,000 – 16,000)
Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspect of running
Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to
receive and serve the guest.
Conduct regular operations team meeting with all HOD daily/weekly to discuss
routine operational matters, sales targets, action taken for service recovery and
Inspecting all departments from SOP implementation.
Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth and efficient
Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
Monitor and maintain operation and overhead cost
Ensure SOP implementation in all departments.
Plan ahead and manage all food and beverage orders
Handle customer complaints
Ensure that guests are welcome into a clean and presentable environment
Desired Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree / higher education equivalent in Hotel Management/Business
Administration -With minimum 7 years’ experience in Hotel and F&B
Management -Must be fluent in English oral and written, Arabic is a plus With
Qatar Driving License is a plus
