HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER DOHA QATAR

-Hotel Operations Manager (QAR 8,000 – 16,000)
Description
 Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspect of running
Hotel.
 Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to
receive and serve the guest.
 Conduct regular operations team meeting with all HOD daily/weekly to discuss
routine operational matters, sales targets, action taken for service recovery and
staff issues.
 Inspecting all departments from SOP implementation.
 Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth and efficient
operations.
 Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
 Monitor and maintain operation and overhead cost
 Ensure SOP implementation in all departments.
 Plan ahead and manage all food and beverage orders
 Handle customer complaints
 Ensure that guests are welcome into a clean and presentable environment
Desired Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree / higher education equivalent in Hotel Management/Business
Administration -With minimum 7 years’ experience in Hotel and F&B
Management -Must be fluent in English oral and written, Arabic is a plus With
Qatar Driving License is a plus
